💻 Tech-ready
~5 hrs

The situation: You’re on a project team at a marketing agency. Your client presentation is in 2 hours. Your lead designer has just called in sick, the slide deck is incomplete, and your manager is in a meeting she can’t leave. Three team members are waiting for direction from you.

What do you do first?

A. Wait for your manager to come out of the meeting before taking any action

B. Assess what's done, divide remaining tasks across your team, and update the client on timing

C. Tell the client the presentation needs to be postponed

D. Try to complete the whole deck yourself and ask teammates to wait
